Caerwyn looked around hurriedly, avoiding eye contact still, and panicking underneath a fairly calm exterior. He had to get out of here... before he did something he'd truly regret.
Would it be easier to stage a fake mood with his mother and then run off, or try and assure her everything was fine? Or... could he just tell her the truth?
He looked around quickly, blinking his eyes a lot. He could almost feel them turning more green. "Mother, I'm sorry. There's something wrong. There's something wrong with me. " he said quickly, feeling the pressure in his mind and heart rising as his head began to pound. "I need to go away from you very quickly. I can't let anyone know, I can't be around people when I'm not feeling well," he said quickly, backing away, words all tumbling out of his mouth in his effort to control them.

Quianna stared at Caerwyn, wondering why he refused to look at her. She tried to catch his eye, as what can be seen in a wolf's orbs is often an insight into their minds. Walking closer, she whispered, "Look at me, Caerwyn, I need to see your face."
At his next confession, Quianna froze, confused. What was he talking about? She didn't understand what sort of illness he meant - she's never really known anyone with amental illness before, excluding what she'd heard of Crimson, and Caerwyn certainly didn't look ill... Was this just an excuse so that he didn't have to talk to her?
"Fine, go," She said resignedly, "But let me just see one thing first." Raising a creamy paw, she went to raise Caerwyn's chin up and found that she had to stretch a little. It was odd how much her son had grown these past few months, he was bigger than her now.

Caerwyn's head was in agony, he felt as if his brain were trying to explode out of his skull. He felt something take over him just as Quianna came towards him and lifted his chin, and suddenly the pain went away. Caerwyn had been subdued, and Caer was here just as his mother's paw brushed under his chin.
He snarled viciously and clawed her paw away, stepping back as if ready to begin battle. He narrowed his eyes as they turned a vibrant shade of green slowly between blinks. "You filthy little whore, get off me!" he exploded, and jumped at her. He tried to find her neck, that soft exposed spot which would lead her to certain death, biting any part he found of her. The attacks were so brutal, they looked as if it were a cougar or bear. He'd planned it all this way... he'd always planned it this way.
