Is[Pranta]this[one of the alphas]okay?

Pranta sat nerviously next to the alpha rock. She raised her muzzle then lowered it again quickley. She didn't know what to say. She raised her muzzle again, a song emited from her lips. "Caerwyn, I need to ask you something. Something important." she howled. Pranta began to pace around the alpha rock.

What were her pups going to look like? Maybe they would be as hansome as Thor, or as pretty as her. But she knew there was a slim chance of Caerwyn saying yes. Why would he say yes to a fae from Falling Moon?

Caerwyn didn't mind Pranta. Not that he had his favourites within the pack, or anything. Of course he loved Midnight, that was plain as his heart was beating. Everyone else he felt this affection for, like a father for many pups. He frowned, wondering what he and Midnight's pups would think. They'd be heirs, just like he was. Odd.

"Yes, Pranta?" he asked attentively, coming to a halt near her, and tilting his head in question.

Pranta grinned when she saw him. God she hoped he would say yes. Pranta was born to be a great mother. What if he said no? After all, you defy an alpha you get kicked out or worse. She shuddered and looked at her paws for a moment, then looked up.

"Caerwyn, sir, I've met a male, and we have become mates. We were wondering if we could have pups in spring." she said. Pranta gave a toothy grin, to warm him up for what he would soon find out. The more he likes me the less he will be angry! she thought.

Caerwyn frowned, waiting patiently as she spoke. In his immediate mind he had absolutely no objection to more pups in the pack. But something in her tone of vocie nagged him a little. His eyes narrowed, although not spitefully, just curiously. Was she hiding something?

"Who is this male?" he took a wild guess that because she hadn't mentioned him by name, there was something behind that. He straightened up a little, suddenly expecting the worst.

Pranta listened intenly, waiting for many questions, but there was only one. She thought about what to say. Well Mr. Caerwyn Sir I'm in love with a loner. His name is Thor. Thor and I have agreed to guarentee half the litter to Dancing Stars. She sighed. Pranta decided to just wing it.

"He's a loner, his name is Thor. I promise you half the litter to the pack at least. If you want I could leave until the pups are 6 months old. I will tell at least half of them to come back with me. If they refuse I won't come back." she said, copying what Thor had done.

Caerwyn watched her carefully as she spoke, taking in her words. A loner. Thor? He knew Thor, but he was sure he had been a Falling Moon when he last checked. He narrowed his eyes supiciously.

"How do you know you'll have a litter of more than one pup? What happens if you just have one pup?" He asked, tilting his head, but then shook it as if to say it didn't matter. "I'll tell you what, Pranta. Become a loner until the pups are six months old, then. However, if you are pregnant and being threatened by anyone like... Comatose, for example, seek safety in our lands." He nodded, as if to say that was fair.

"Your mate, however, cannot have such a privilege." He said sternly.

Pranta's eyes grew huge. What wonderful news indeed! She could barley hold in her excitment. Pups, she was going to be a mother. She could just imagine! Mommy? Can I go play? Yes you may.

"I promise I will have at least one pup for the pack." she said honestly. Pranta nodded respectivly. "And I will take up your offer if needed. And don't worry, Thor won't come." she added. Pranta smiled at Caerwyn, not able to keep her cool. Not that she had it. But oh well.
