A petite, feminine figure sat on a rocky outcrop at the base of the lined cliffs, watching as Onisim hunted. Deppene grinned as she watched Seta's brother apparently 'training'. She had to admit he did seem impressively bulky, like a small black bear. She winced as she saw him lunge at a deer with powerful jaws, and vaguely imagined what it would be like if Seta and him fought one day for the position of Alpha. She had faith in Seta however, and felt elated when she noticed that the large stag Onisim was trying to catch had managed to wriggle out of his grasp. He can't be that amazing then, she thought derisively.
Onisim grunted and released his hold on the bulky deer's hind leg. Now that he'd managed to catch it and got his day's practise in, he let it go. He wasn't hungry and he wouldn't just waste it by killing it and leaving it there for some scavenger to eat. No, he'd catch that stag again another day, for his lunch perhaps. He felt his fur prickle as if someone was watching him, and glanced around warily. He spotted Deppene a short way away.
"What are you doing, staring at me?" He scowled. "I can stare as much as a like, it's No Man's Land," Deppene retorted with a catty smile. "Ugh, faes. They're a waste of time..." Onisim muttered.

A tall, rather shiny brown pelt, scented the air, and she smirked. It was Onisim's scent, and somebody else's. Perfect. Sapphire and her two other brothers had gotten in trouble when she had told the story that she had gone out with Onisim somewhere. Well, Frosty kind of got ticked off, and said they couldn't leave the pack lands. Well, do you think that really was gonna stop Sapphire? I don't think so.
Sapphire padded up a little more, though not right up to them. She was a short distance away, and she didn't want to intrude right away. Sapphire looked at the other fae, perplexed. She was just staring at Onisim for no reason. Weird. Oh well. Sapphire was going to wait till Onisim noticed her, and hopefully he would.

"I could say the same about you," retorted Deppene sarkily, before grinning wickedly and taking a leap at another craggy rock a little higher up. She landed upon it with perfect precision and delicacy on her ebony paws. Then, turning to stare smugly down at Onisim from her vantage point, she noticed Sapphire.
"Oh look, another one of your admirers," She drawled, putting a sarcastic emphasis upon the last word.
Onisim rolled his eyes at Deppene (not quite quick enough to think up a decent retort), hackles raised slightly as if to tell her to 'shut her mouth or there'd be trouble'. Then, he turned around and saw Sapphire's pretty brown figure, and immediately recognised her scent. She was that fae he'd hung out with in No Man's Land to pass the time, before her immature brothers came alnog and started picking fights.
"Hey," he said coolly. "What're you here for?"

"I'm no admirer, you pathetic fool." Sapphire snarled at the fea as she padded closer. She rolled her eyes at Deppene, and turned to Onisim.
"Hey. Nothing, just exploring. My brothers didn't follow me for once, which I guess is good. They won't be all overprotective over me. But I can see why, since my father had found out that I had been with you." Sapphire said sweetly, her eyes softening, and twinkling.

Deppene smirked at Sapphire. She loved it when wolves snapped at her because it meant that she'd successfully got to them. She turned and made a large, melodramatic wink to Onisim, before leaping gracefully away. "I'll leave you two love birds to get on with it then," She called teasingly over her shoulder. Not that Seta and myself are any better, she thought to herself.
Onisim, meanwhile, let out a growl in her direction, and snarled, "get out." He hated it when faes went on about romance, it was the most irritating thing. He didn't see the point in wasting time daydreaming about faes when there was training and fighting and yet more training to be done. However as Sapphire spoke, his harsh expression softened a little. He wasn't intellegent, but from what she was saying it seemed like she'd come to find him. That made him feel a little powerful, and he liked that.
"So I suppose your father is going to come and bite my head off?" He said, grinning at her charmingly. As if anyone could bite his head off, please.

"Luckily, no. He doesn't know that I'm here right now, which is good in my position. So, what brings you here, Onisim?" Sapphire said calmly, and her eyes remained with no emtion. Though you could soon see flames in them.
"We are not lovebirds, so get out of here!" She snarled at Deppene, wanting to throw something at the wolf's head.
Sapphire soon sighed, her eyes turning back to no emotion, though you could still see softness in her eyes toward Onisim. He was handsome, with the large, bulky body with all the strength. Sapphire knew she may be going against her father's wishes, but she couldn't help it. It's not like he would catch her here anyways.

Onisim turned and gave Deppene's retreating form one last menacing growl, as if to say, 'get out of here or you'll wish you were never born', and turned his attentions back to Sapphire.
"Well, I like to get out of the lands a bit," he replied gruffly. "If i'm going to Alpha one day then it's good to know every inch of the land." If i'm going to be Alpha... He knew of Seta and Tessar's intentions to try and beat him to it, but he knew he was the strongest of them. It was just a pity he was so lacking in the mental side of things. He knew he was, and he realised that there was alarge chance of them outwitting him.
"I don't suppose you'll want to know me, when i'm Alpha." He added, as an afterthought. After all, she was a Dancing Star.

"Yeah, I guess. And I may, and I may not. Depending what I am by the time you become alpha." Sapphire said sweetly, blinking her purple gleaming eyes. Onisim was so.... so.... oh what was the word..... so handsome. He was calm, moderate, he didn't seem like a wolf who would harm you right when you met him, unlike others.
She smirked, growling menacingly back at Deppene too, as if to say, 'Yeah, before we rip you to bits, you fool.' She hated those wolves like that. Accusing someone of something, even when they don't think that, or they didn't even do that. So Deppene was one of them, which meant she hated Deppene too.

Onisim looked coolly down at Sapphire from his large, bulky height, the image of power and icy calmness reverberating from him. Until, that is, Sapphire sweetly said her last sentence. Caught off guard, Onisim blinked, glancing from one side to the other as if the clue to what she meant might just wave at him from their surroundings. What on earth did she mean? 'Depending what I am by the time you become alpha...'
"Well, you'll still be a wolf, right?" He said bluntly, a confused expression upon his dark features. "I don't quite understand what you mean..." It was quite a common occurence. Afterall, he was Onisim.
ooc; Remember to bring Crystal in

Sapphire smiled. "Of course I'll still be a wolf, silly. I mean I don't know if I will be a Dancing Stars wolf, a loner, or a Falling Moon wolf. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough before." Sapphire said, looking deeply into Onisim's eyes. It was a common mistake because sometimes she wasn't clear enough, so she didn't mind too much.
A young, black figure stayed hidden in the bushes, catching every word ever since the conversation had started. Crystal's eyes narrowed. Frosty, her mate, had told her the incident that had happened with Sapphire, and her brothers when they had met Falling Moon wolves. She couldn't believe what Sapphire was doing. Crystal couldn't wait till Frosty found out. Crystal would soon jump out, and catch her daughter, but she needed to hear more information from this conversation.

"Ah I see," commented Onisim, nodding in what he hoped was wise, intellegent sort of way. As he did so, he glanced at Sapphire. She was really very pretty, and if he was the sort of brute to be interested in faes he'd probably try and chase her... But he was too busy with training. Becoming Alpha meant everything to him.
"Have you ever considered joining Falling Moon? I mean, why do you hang around with me if you're Dancing Stars?" He asked curiously, stringing a suprisingly long sentence together for one with so little brain cells beneath his thick skull. Although he heard a rustling sound from the nearby bushes, he assumed it was just the wind, not yet realising Crystal was there.

"Well, I haven't thought about joining Falling Moon, but I don't know, I just like hanging out with you. I feel.... comfortable being around you, even though you are the heir to the Falling Moon's throne." Sapphire said, looking straight into Onisim's eyes, seeing her reflection just sittting there, not doing anything. She could see her petite, and beautiful structure, just sitting there. She wondered if Onisim felt that Sapphire was beautiful in his eyes.
Crystal growled softly, as she listened to her daughter's response. She couldn't wait for Frosty to hear this.

Onisim blinked, finding it odd that Sapphire said that she felt comfortable around him. Didn't she feel comfortable around anyone else? And why him, in particular? Onisim himself never felt uncomfortable around anyone, because he knew that he almost always had more power than another wolf, excluding his mental abilities. He was an incredibly strong, bulky wolf, and being the Alpha's son and possible future-alpha one day, he had a lot more social power than others in his pack. Excluding his family, of course. But he was comfortable around them anyway because they were his family.
"Don't you feel comfortable around anyone else then?" He asked, curiously. Suddenly, his ears flickered ad he heard a faint growl coming from a short distance away. at first he tought it was a smaller animal, some sort of prey, but then he realised that particular growl could only come from the mouth of a wolf because no smaller animal would try and attack two wolves for no reason. He darted around, and strode towards the bushes.
"Who's there?" He growled authoratively.
