The sun was shining, and the snow had nearly gone. The trees were growing their beautiful leaves back, and the reds and yellow of fall and barreness of winter were behind them. The fae gave an excited bark, for spring was fast approaching. How she hated that it was taking so long though.
The creamy fae, known as Jasmyne, stopped and looked around, the forest looking beautiful to her. She herself was pretty, though lately she hadn't been feeling like it, what with Eyelle getting all this sudden attention and Leia and her crushes. It seemed everyone was ready and rearing to go for the new season-everyone that is, except herself. She sat back on her haunches, green eyes a little sad, and stared at the ground. Was something wrong with her possibly? COULD something be wrong with her? She panicked, and oh how she wished her mother or Eyelle or even her uncle was here to tell her differently.
She gave a sigh, looking at the newly sprouting leaves on the trees, and stood up again. She sniffed the air, wondering if anyone was around. She sensed no one, no loners, no Dancing Stars. Even the Falling Moons seemed to be absent, and they had been very...open about showing up in public places lately, especially when they weren't wanted. She was totally alone, and she felt a sort of emptiness inside. Some company would be nice. The twins, her sister, Toboe. Anyone would be nice.
She headed towards the river, hoping for a drink and maybe to see someone she knew. But the thing about being alone, was that she had time to think about...everything. Though right now, she wasn't too sure if that was a good thing or not.

Tessar pranced toward the female. He was newly groomed, and he had a toothy grin on his mug. "Why helloooooo mah dear Jasmyne! Whats a purdy little fae like yourself doing out here all 'lone, eh?" He said jokingly. He sat down in front of her. She was sad about something. He could sense it. "Something the matter, DAHling?" He put an emphasis on the 'DAH'. He smiled charmingly. He had a muscular bod and was in his prime. It was a wonder why the faes weren't after him. It was probably because most of the faes in the pack his age were his sisters.

Jasmyne stopped in her tracks, looking at the male. Her body instinctively tensed, and her fur raised as eyes were narrowed, nose was wrinkled. This was the same male from the mountain, Tessar. This annnoying, arrogant snob just happened to be one of Falling Moon's heirs. ||Oh joy. When I said anyone would be nice, I didn't mean him!|| she yelled at the sky in her head. If the wolf gods could hear her, she hoped they'd answer her second prayer and send him back to where he came from, hopefully his mother's stomach.
She sat, a tough look on her face as he spoke to her. A disgusted look, like she had smelled something foul, arose on her face and she spat out her words. I am NOT your dear ANYTHING Tessar! And don't call me DAHling, I don't want yor stupid pet names either. She sniffed and turned her head away from him, her cheeks burning up underneath her white fur. Oh, how he made her mad! She snuck a peek at the male, hoping to see that he'd left, but he hadn't. Looking at him, she figured that he was attractive-she supposed...Ew! Where did that come from?
She knew he wasn't going to leave, so decided to speak to him, against her better judgement of the situation. So what do you want Tessar?

He grinned. She was a pretty female. "Ah, come on! Lighten up!" He rose to all four paws. He was taller than her, which made him have to look down a bit. He wagged his tail playfully, and rolled onto his back. "Why're you so uptight?" He interrogated. He rolled back to his feet and secretly looked her over. She didn't appear injured or sick. "You don't look hurt..." He concluded "...or sick for that matter.". He raised his brow at her. "I /WANT/ to know what you're so down about.".

Jasmyne whipped her head around and narrowed her eyes at him. I am not uptight! Take that back, she said, trying to whip him across the face with her tail. Why was he so interested all of a sudden? Jeez, boys were sooo confusing. She sat again and looked at him rolling on the ground. She tried to hold back a giggle; this wasn't what she expected the heir of Falling Moon to do-look like a pup. Finally, she cracked a smile and let out a small laugh. You're so weird, you know that?
Looking down, recovering from her case of the giggles, she became more serious. She raised a brow and looked at him. Curious, aren't we now Tessar? Yes, she'd never understand males at all, no matter how old she got.

"What? No! I /never/ take back what I've said. I don't regret anything I've ever done!" He grinned, still rolling about on the ground. He then got to his feet. "What? You don't like wierd?" He asked her? "Fine." He then puffed out his chest and sat down, being incredibly still, "Then I'll be super dee duper serious." He then laughed a bit and got up, "And HECK yeah Im curious! If I'm going to try for the alpha spot then I have to practice knowing everything that's going on at all times."

Jasmyne tilted her head, laughing at him. You BETTER take that back, if you know what's good for you. She then raised an eyebrow and gave a half smile as he puffed out his chest, making himself look like an overgrown pup. She walked up to him, and put her paw up to push him over. Curiosity killed the cat my dear.
She turned around, moving away from him, but not too far. She couldn't believe he had stumbled across her, yet alone they were actually having a conversation. She wouldn't have dreamt of this in years. Finally, she gave a sigh and began to speak. It's my pack. Everyone seems happy these days, and paired off-sometimes with more than one wolf. It's all quite...she couldn't think of a word for it.
