ooc- Rose only ever seems to be in boards with Raiden atm >< Figured I'd make a thread and see what other FMs could show up =D
bic- With the sun illuminating the land brilliantly even on a foggy morning, Rose padded through the forest. She felt a little odd lately, like she didn't actually know anything about her pack mates. She knew she shouldn't give a damn about them, they were Falling Moons just like her. But still, they were allies.
Her soft white and grey figure had shed it's winter coat by now, and she felt a lot lighter. She knew all that would change soon though, she'd soon be feeling kicks against her stomach. And one day, she'd give birth to a whole new type of life.
She sat down gently, and looked around in the fog collecting between the trees. The creepy effect actually comforted her. She liked things to be scary. It made everything seem so much more real.

Deppene trod softly through the forest, humming to herself quietly. It wasn't a happy tune, nor as it sad. It was simply a tune, a melody to her thoughts, or lack of them. Her head felt empty, airy, like it'd float away on a breeze at any moment. Every couple of minutes or so, thoughts of her arguement with Seta would sail in, but she'd capsize these with a wave of nothingness simply because she wasn't sure how she was supposed to be feeling.
At the sight of a familiar figure, she left her reverie behind. "Rose," She called out, with a simple slight smile curving across her maw. It was along time since she'd seen the Alpha's daughter. She knew that Rose had returned to the pack after her time in No Man's Land, but the ex-Dancing-Stars territory was just so vast that wolves could easily be missed.

Tala had been doing her daily rounds around the terra when she noticed Deppene and Rose. Part of her wanted to go over, see what was happening between the two. But then again, they'd probably talk about pups and mates and she'd feel left out, for she didn't have either of these. She shrugged her shoulders, and moved towards the two. Who cared if she didn't have pups? She didn't need anyone anyway. She was perfectly capable of handling herself and having someone in your life was just another being you had to look out for, another burden. "Hello," she said to the two, a small smile appearing on her maw.
She was a bit hesitant, unsure as to if they wanted her here. And then she figured it didn't matter. She needed to grow a backbone, she was a Falling Moon. She went where she wanted and that was that. She sat down in front of the two, waiting for the conversation to begin. "Pups on the way, I'm assuming?" she asked, tipping her head to the side ever so slightly. The question was directed at both of them but she thought she already knew the answer.

Rose smiled, dark eyes flickering across the nearby foggy landscape as Deppene approached her. She felt as if she'd missed the other female, it had been a while. She sat, gently nodding her acknowledgments.
"Hello Deppene," she smiled, and her ears flickered once more as she realised it was not a company of two but three. She didn't know much of her sister, Tala, but Rose expected they were not that different. After all, they were of the same blood and the same upbringing, surely they had at least a little in common?
She nodded vaguely about pups, wondering if she was going to make a good mother. She knew not of Dachian at the moment, but she sensed a slightly upset tone in Tala's voice and so she tilted her head slightly. "How is everything for you? Anyone special at the moment?" She asked offhandly, as if she wouldn't pry if Tala didn't want to talk about it much.

"Congratulations," she said with a polite beaming smile. Hm...She'd be an aunt. "I bet you and Raiden are excited, right?" she asked, trying to keep the conversation on the other wolves and not herself. No one would be interested in her boring life story anyway, but she answered her questions easily. "Everything's fine," she told her, smile fading slightly but expression staying blank. "And no, no one special," she added, answering Rose's last question with only a bit of difficulty. The only one that was close to special in her life would be Zaal and they were merely friends.
Tala wondered what it'd be like to have pups around. Would they be burden or bundles of joy. She highly doubted she'd stay around long enough to find out. Her heart had told her to leave this valley look for a life beyond it and she'd do everything in her power to do just that. Maybe Zaal would come with her. Then again, he had a life here and wouldn't follow her around the world looking for a new one.

Deppene nodded a greeting to Tala. She didn't kow Rose's sister very well, but gave her a quick smile anyway. As she asked them both whether they were expecting pups, the ebony-brown femme snorted derisively.
"Not with the way things are going at the moment, no," she replied, wrinkling her black nose a little as she thought about her unsolved arguement with Seta. True, it seemed like what it was about was utterly pointless, but Deppene just couldn't stop herself from arguing with him. It was like she just couldn't make her mind up - first she wanted pups, then when they'd agreed to have them, she felt as if she didn't.
As Rose nodded, Deppene let out a genuine smile, knowing it was meant to be for Raiden and Rose. Still, she couldn't help feeling slightly bitter. Fantastic, another happy couple while I can't seem to get along with anyone who has feelings for me. It was true. She'd run away from her loving family, now spent most of her time avoiding Comatose, ended up feeling very resentful towards Dachian, and now, what was to become of her and Seta unless Deppene could force herself to be content?
"Congrats," she said wryly, "I always had a feeling you'd have pups in the end.

Rose shrugged gently, eyeing Tala as she spoke offhandly about no one special. Something must have happened about Dachian, and the next time Rose saw him he'd get more than just an earful. Rose would never really admit it, but she felt very protective of her siblings. After all, they were her blood, in the end they might be all she had.
"Thanks," she smiled vaguely at the other two faes, tilting her head to one side. "We figured that it would kinda be the next step. I'm excited, yes, but apprehensive and I think Raiden is too... I don't know," she laughed a little.
"Everything changes in spring," she frowned, contemplating aloud. The other two seemed a little trouble too. Rose shifted herself sitting so she was more comfortable, dark eyes turning from Tala to Deppene.

"What's going on with you and Seta?" Tala asked curiously, not afraid to come right out and ask a question. Seta hadn't mentioned anything to her and probably never would. He was the type to keep the big problems to himself and he just had too much pride. She also wanted to know because she was concerned about him. He was probably her closest sibling and she had to look out for him while she was here. But she'd only listened. She knew better than to get involved in Seta's situations.
Tala nodded her head in agreement with Deppene's last words. "Yeah, I had a feeling you'd be the first one," she commented. "You two just seem so perfect for each other," she told her with a smile. There was noticeable chemistry between the two that even the stupidest wolf couldn't miss. You could practically hear the static crackling between them. They completed each other, and Tala thought her sister was lucky to have found such a sweet male like Raiden.
