Well, today is a very sad day for me because we have to put down one of our dogs. No, it isn't Jazzy. It's T.J. Alt of you have seen him before, but here is a picture.
We've owned him for 8 years. Since I was 4. Recently, he has become disoriented and confused. Whenever he comes into the house, he either sleeps, drinks, or walks in circles around the living room.
We think he has alzheimers. Anyways, it's going to happen later on today.

Aww, I hope you feel better, Bry! I know the feeling when we had to put... Harley down. *runs into room and cries, while Max, our new dog, comforts me*

Awww, Bry =(
I had a dog once, too, his name was Charlie and I love him soooooooooo much, I used to hold 'sleepovers with him and my little brother, and he never used to pee on my bed, always on mums sofa xP
And one day, in the morning after a sleepover thing, my mums boyfriend came in and told me to get dressed. They took Charlie away to a new home and I never saw him again... =(
But don't worry, I know he's been in your life so long he's like part of the family, but hold onto the memories of him, all the good times. Thats what I do. [/size]

WAIT, we haven't put 'im down yet. Now we either think he had a stroke, or he has liver damage. If it's the latter, he'll be okay. But if it weas a stroke, that means he's brain damaged. If he's brain damaged, were gonna put 'im down. We figure there won't be much point to his life if he doesn't know where he is or who we are anymore.

Like Middy said, at least you got 8 lovely years with him. I can also relate to having a sickly dog and the possibility of it being let down, so I completely sympathise with you. -Hugs-

They put him down July 5th, approx. 3pm.
See you in heaven, T.J. You're up there with your daddy (my uncle) now.
((My uncle died two years ago))

That's sad. I haven't had any close family deaths as of yet. My greatgrandfather died a few years back but I never truly was close to him.
Family deaths are always tragic, even pets ;-;
